USD #374 SUBLETTE TO SURVEY PATRONS REGARDING SCHOOL FACILITY NEEDS

USD 374 Sublette plans to survey district patrons regarding their perceptions of the district's school facilities and priorities for repairs. The Board of Education has recently completed an audit of its facilities and is considering a bond to fund critical repairs.
The facility audit confirmed that several significant needs have developed over time. These needs significantly exceed the district's budget without an infusion of funding from a school bond. Superintendent Rex Richardson says the district's intent is to utilize input from patrons to help determine what projects to prioritize.
The survey will be extremely valuable as the district establishes priorities for maintenance and any possible projects that would benefit students. The short survey will ask for patrons' opinions regarding several specific facility needs, as well as their assessment of the condition of various district facilities.
SURVEY DETAILS:
WINDOW: The survey will open on April 10, 2026, and must be completed or returned by April 24, 2026.
FORMAT: The survey will be available online and via a paper-pencil format. Patrons may access English or Spanish versions of the survey by using the links below. German versions will be available, in printed form, at each building.
ACCESSIBILITY: Registered voters will receive a copy by mail on or around April 10. However, respondents are encouraged to use the online link to assist with data tabulation. A link to the online survey will be distributed through social media and the school's communication network.
PARTICIPATION: All patrons of voting age, including those who are not registered voters, are encouraged to provide input. Patrons should complete the survey only once. Paper-pencil forms can be returned by mail to the district office or dropped off in person at any school or district office.
