Our AFS Club is organized to help and assist the current AFS exchange students adjust to American teenage life. It is a chance for American students to learn about another country and become friends with the exchange students. We try to plan monthly activities so all the exchange students and club members in the area can join in the fun.
Our activities are open to anyone in Southwest Kansas that is interested in supporting AFS and its mission to work for a "more just and peaceful world."
We could plan a short club trip to somewhere in the United States at the end of the school year, which could include many enjoyable and exciting activities. Expenses are covered by club members and exchange students with aid of fund-raising if desired.
